  • 2 cups maple syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 stick of butter
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sal @redmondsrealsalt
  • coconut oil

TOPPINGS

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup Himalayan buckwheat tartary flour (or the flour of your choice)
  • 2 cups nuts
  • 2/3 stick of butter
  • coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Beat ingredients together and pour into greased pan
  • Bake 45 minutes to an hour until hot and toppings melt together.
