KALE CHIPS 🥬 A great for a snack, for salads, soups, sandwiches...they go with everything.This recipe is so easy and delicious you might want to make it everyday. However, take it easy with Kale because it’s NOT recommended in high amounts.I find a serving two or three times a week is OK 👌😉

1tspOlive Oil or Avocado Oil
Instructions
Wash the Kale with water and apple vinegar.
Thoroughly Dry* each leaf.
Remove the stem with your hands and chop the leaves in smaller pieces.
Place them on a tray. Add salt, pepper and oil of your choice.
Place in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350°F (or until crunchy😋)

Notes
Drying each leaf is very very very important so they come out very very very crunchy. If they are somehow wet, they'll come out soggy, and we don't want soggy chips
