Dr. Seth Gilson is a practicing Biological, Biomimetic and Holistic dentist.
Dr. Seth Gilson is an individual inspired by nature, a healthy balanced lifestyle grounded in mindfulness principles and the love displayed in one’s actions.
He was born and raised in South Florida, graduated with a degree in biology from the University of Florida, completed dental school at Nova Southeastern University and has been in private practice since 2011.
This passion led him to create the Dr. Seth Gilson brand as well as The Mindful Doctor Podcast, which can be viewed on his Instagram (@Mindful.Doctor), YouTube, Apple and Spotify channels. Dr. G has also been participating in and leading Conscious Men’s Community Groups since 2021.

Dr. Gilson used advanced technology to carefully evaluate and restore my daughter’s tooth, and he explained everything step-by-step in a way that made us feel so comfortable and reassured. His entire team was warm, supportive, and genuinely caring.
Most importantly, he was able to save and beautifully restore her tooth. We are beyond grateful for the care we received and highly recommend Dr. Gilson and his practice.

Excellent dentist. I have had so many bad experiences but this dentist is the first one that I trust to actually fix my issues! I really appreciate the holistic viewpoint – they try very hard to save teeth when possible, they think about oral biofilms, supplements to improve oral health. Dr Gilson has done a beautiful job on my teeth so far. I no longer dread going to the dentist!!
